Fabrication Technician

The Fabrication Team Member is responsible for the daily activities of the powder coat and tube fabrication areas. Using technical drawings and Work Instructions, they ensure that all equipment is maintained and that fabricated parts are built and painted correctly. Teamwork and collaboration with Engineering, QA, R&D, and other groups is a necessity. Adherence to all Safety practices and company policies is required.

Starting from $23.00 hr

• Physically and visually inspect fabricated parts for proper assembly and function.
• Partner with engineering and product development teams to understand customer specifications.
• Communicate non‑conformances to operators, supervisors, and managers.
• Be a liaison between assembly and other staff as needed.
• Flex into rework and assembly roles as needed.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards, regulatory compliance, and company policies.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality capability of fabrication and paint operations.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing or Quality experience desired.
• Other qualifications or experiences.
