The Power Wheelchair Parts Customer Service Rep is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by answering inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating parts fulfillment. This role combines product knowledge with customer service skills to ensure timely and accurate delivery of wheelchair components and accessories.
Pay Rate: $20-$21 per hour
Responsibilities- Customer Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails regarding power wheelchair parts. Provide product information, availability, and pricing to customers. Assist customers in identifying correct parts based on wheelchair models and issues.
- Order Processing: Enter and manage orders in the system accurately and efficiently. Verify part numbers, shipping details, and payment information. Coordinate with warehouse or service teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Generate order confirmations and shipping updates.

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer proficiency (e.g., order entry systems, email, spreadsheets). Experience in medical equipment, mobility products, or customer service. Other qualifications or experiences.
