As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry‑Level Staff Accountant who is eager to begin their accounting career in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.
Position OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical experience in corporate and manufacturing accounting. The Entry‑Level Staff Accountant will support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and cost accounting activities while working closely with operations and leadership. Training and mentorship will be provided to help you build a strong foundation in accounting and manufacturing finance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation of journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close
- Participate in physical inventory counts and inventory tracking
- Help maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Support cost analysis and variance reporting
- Assist with budgeting and financial analysis projects
- Support audit preparation and documentation
- Help maintain internal controls and ensure policy compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Internship or relevant coursework in accounting preferred
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment
- CPA Track Preferred But Not Required
- Successful completion of a background check is required
- Hands‑on experience in a growing manufacturing organization

- Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually (based on qualifications)
- Quarterly bonus potential based on company profitability and individual performance
