As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Staff Accountant who thrives in a detail-driven role and enjoys partnering with operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Position OverviewThe Staff Accountant will support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and cost accounting activities. This role works closely with operations to ensure accurate inventory management, production cost tracking, and timely month-end close processes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations
- Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Assist with physical inventory counts and inventory valuation
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Analyze manufacturing costs and investigate variances
- Review standard cost reports (materials, labor, and overhead allocations)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure policy compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Solid understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles
- Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Epicor, Oracle, or similar preferred)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and collaboration abilities
- CPA licensure, preferred but not required (license will be verified)
- Successful completion of a background check is required

Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience)
- Quarterly bonus potential based on company profitability and individual performance
- $96 – $277 per month based on coverage level
- 2 weeks (Years 1–2)
