Job Description
The Echo Tech will be responsible for performing a variety of echo cardiographic procedures including adult and pediatric echoes, 2-D Echo, bubble studies, Doppler studies, and stress tests. The candidate will operate the Philips CVx imaging system and document findings accurately using charting systems such as Epic and Intellispace (ISCV).
Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive echocardiograms and specialized procedures.

• Utilize various techniques including M-Mode, Color Doppler, and Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE).

• Engage in pharmacologic stress echocardiography and portable studies as necessary.

• Adhere to isolation precautions and proper patient care protocols.

• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergent cases.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Echocardiography.

• Preferred certifications include ARDMS RDCS AE, ARDMS RDCS PE, CCI RCS, or equivalent.

• BLS certification required.
