Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit integrated healthcare system, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our Urgent Care team in the scenic and welcoming community of Sweet Home, Oregon

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, fast-paced clinical environment while enjoying a flexible schedule and the exceptional quality of life the Willamette Valley offers.

Position Highlights

• 3-4 shifts per week (typically three 12-hour days with rotating weekends)
• Patient volume: 20-30 per day with double provider coverage
• Treat non-emergent, acutely ill patients requiring same-day care
• Perform limited procedures such as suturing and I&D
• Occasional travel to other walk-in clinics in the region
• Supportive team environment with strong onboarding for new hires

Qualifications

• Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred (all candidates will be considered)
