Security Guard - Unarmed Patrol Officer

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, loading docks, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and building systems as assigned, including visitor check-in, badge and/or credential verification, and directing deliveries and contractors to approved areas;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, provide clear directions to occupants, and contact site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Complete detailed daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate status changes during shift transitions, and escalate maintenance and/or security-related concerns through the site chain of command
