We’re looking for a New Business Development Executive ready to make an immediate impact by winning new manufacturing accounts and expanding business with those customers over time.

With over 50 years in business, FB is building on a foundation of stability to drive exciting growth. We specialize in high‑precision, value‑added brazing and assembly solutions for engineered metal components and are focused on expanding into new vertical markets.

With demonstrated performance and as part of Franklin Brazing’s long‑term succession plan, this role provides a clear path to becoming our next senior sales leader within two to three years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Win new long‑term manufacturing programs from OEMs and Tier suppliers across automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial markets
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline sufficient to consistently achieve defined annual revenue growth targets
  • Identify and convert high‑value prospects into strategic, multi‑year customer relationships
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract execution for new accounts
Additional Duties
  • Develop and execute a disciplined territory and prospecting strategy
  • Travel as required to build executive‑level customer relationships across North America
  • Maintain consistent outbound prospecting activity to drive qualified pipeline growth
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of successful and quantifiable B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of new customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strong prospecting and cold‑calling skills—hunter mindset
  • Highly self‑motivated with a drive to exceed expectations
  • Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing services
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Comfortable traveling up to 25%
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
