Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums may be paid at $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Vision associates focus on supporting customers in the eye care center. They assist with verifying prescription information, aiding in customers' purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.
