• Control profitability by managing cash procedures, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees to operational excellence.
• Perform bi-weekly inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure guest satisfaction with friendly service and quality products.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly; operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, with starting ranges such as:

• Maryland: $53,000-$58,000
• New York: $55,000-$60,000
• New York City: $65,000-$70,000
• Cincinnati, OH: $54,000-$58,000
