As a Registered Nurse on the day shift, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing resident care while ensuring clinical excellence, compassion, and safety. You’ll work closely with nursing assistants, physicians, and families to support residents’ health and well-being throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments, monitor residents’ conditions, and communicate changes promptly.

• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments per physician orders.

• Supervise and support nursing assistants and LPNs during the day shift.
