Overview

FECON, LLC is a vegetation management equipment manufacturer located in Lebanon, Ohio near Kings Island Amusement Park. FECON is known for having very high-quality products and a team culture – and we are growing! We design, build, test, sell and service our equipment consisting of products such as our well-known “Bull Hog” mulchers, the Stump Ex, our high-quality FTX tractors of varying horsepower, as well as many other attachments.

The General Labor position supports many different tasks in a manufacturing environment.

• Completes break out of material from laser systems.
• Assist in warehouse to pull parts or put them away, as needed.
• Manages 5S housekeeping in the production area.

• Must be reliable and willing to work as part of a team.
• Must also be quality and safety driven.
• Any warehouse skills and experience are a plus.
• Prior experience with 5S and Continuous Improvement is a plus; however, this will be trained.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• High school education or equivalent.
• Crane and forklift experience is a plus.

• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
• Most work performed standing at floor level.
