Manager Title: Plant Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time

The Assembler will assemble our attachment products including the Bull Hog mulchers, the Stump Ex, and other OEM heads. You will follow work instructions, operate overhead and jib cranes, install hydraulic hoses and components, torque bolts to specification, maintain 5S guidelines, and perform related duties as assigned.

• Work off a schedule and record assembly data.
• Use overhead cranes and jib cranes.
• Assemble Fecon and OEM heads from work instructions.
• Install hydraulic hoses and components.
• Torque all bolts to specification using torque wrenches.
• Keep area clean and organized in compliance with 5S guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Understand methods sheets and documented work instructions.
• Be detail oriented and mechanically inclined.
• Be quality and safety driven in compliance with work procedures and safety rules.
• Flexible in performing various shop tasks required.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and work overtime as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school training is a plus.
• Prior experience with 5S and Continuous Improvement (will be trained).
• Experience with hydraulic components and systems is preferred.
• Experience with assembly of mechanical components is preferred.

• Ability to safely use and lift items weighing fifty (50) pounds.
• Most work performed standing at floor level.
