STNA - Behavioral Unit
Job Summary:
Cedars of Lebanon is seeking a compassionate and skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our behavioral unit team in Lebanon, Ohio. As an STNA on our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct resident care, including personal care, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
- Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Must be certified as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the State of Ohio
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0 years of experience as an STNA (new graduates encouraged to apply!)
