As our Chiropractic Office Assistant, you'll earn a competitive wage of $17–$18 per hour

We re searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Reliability and accountability

Customer-facing experience with patient interaction in a fast-paced environment, punctuality, and clear communication skills while using office systems for scheduling, data entry, and payment handling are preferred.

This full-time position follows a consistent schedule of 8:30 AM–6:30 PM
.

In this role, you ll guide the patient experience from the moment they arrive, managing flow, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and keeping the clinic running on time. You ll oversee scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and show rates; communicate with patients across calls, texts, and emails; support therapies by placing patients on equipment and assisting providers; and maintain accuracy with payments, financial presentations, data entry, and stat tracking.
