Vital Core Health Strategies (VCHS), an industry leader in Correctional Health Care, is looking for a licensed Master’s level behavioral health professional (LSW, LPCC, or equivalent) to serve at the Warren County Jail in Lebanon, Ohio. This position is full‑time and includes PRN coverage.

Base pay range $30.00/hr – $37.00/hr.

The Behavioral Health Professional will work collaboratively with all disciplines on the Behavioral Health Unit to serve patients in a correctional environment.

• Licensed, Master’s Level Behavioral Health Professional (LSW, LPCC, or equivalent).

• Perform risk assessment of inmates and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, including medical staff, community providers, psychiatric hospitals, and corrections staff.
• Assist in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects.
• Prepare documentation, records, and reports.
• Prioritize treatment needs, manage crises, and provide brief clinical interventions such as CBT and Motivational Interviewing.
• Document all activities accurately and timely.

• Full Time
• PRN

• Graduation from a Master’s level program.
• Minimum one year of employment in a social work capacity in a public or private agency or equivalent.
• Must receive a satisfactory background investigation report.
