Job Description
We are looking for a Youth Support Specialist to join our team right now! Come find your purpose while you make valuable, rewarding impacts in the lives of the individuals we serve.

As a leader in our Youth Transitional Services program, you will build supportive, nurturing, and empowering relationships with adolescents as they transition into adulthood. You will provide impactful, one-on-one guidance for adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youth to position them for success in life. You will be a trusted role model, fostering a compassionate environment for our youth as they work to achieve their goals.

You may offer educational support, career coaching, personal skill development, or foster overall social health and wellness to help students grow and thrive within their communities.

Develop supportive, nurturing, and empowering relationships with adolescents as they transition into adulthood. Provide one-on-one guidance for adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youth to position them for success. • Candidates must be 18 years or older
• Possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of work history
• Ability to transport student in your personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Note:

Compensation: $19-$22 hourly, based upon experience and education.

Opportunity to earn a $0.50 pay increase at 3 months, 6 months, and 8 months of employment—up to a total of $1.50—through our Career Ladder Program.

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 4 hours shifts, 20 hours per week.
