Leak Detection Technician​/Apprentice

Position Overview

Precision Leak Detection is currently looking to add a leak detection technician/apprentice to our team.

• Plumbing knowledge/experience is helpful but not required.
• The ability to swim and be comfortable in the water is necessary.
• The job requires working both indoors and out, in variable temperatures and weather conditions.
• As a leak detection technician, you will be performing leak detection diagnostics for underground plumbing leaks, pipe tracing, pool leaks, and structural water intrusions using a variety of specialized equipment and techniques.

• The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn a trade/skill.
• Have the ability to follow directions.
• Complete tasks independently.
• Have the ability to troubleshoot and adapt on the fly.
• The candidate will also possess above-average customer service skills.
• Maturity, responsibility, and a good work ethic are required.
• Individuals who need close supervision need not apply.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Applicants must provide a copy of your driving record, pass a background check, and pass pre-employment, as well as, random drug tests.

• This is a Monday-Friday position.
• There will be occasional after-hours or weekends required.
• Attention to detail, a willingness to be a team player, and the desire to succeed are qualities that will move candidates to the front of the line.
