- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,250 - $2,370/week
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years of recent NICU/neonatal intensive care experience required
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to float to the Chad Inpatient Unit (Pediatrics, Pediatric Step Down, PICU) as needed
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Deliver high-quality neonatal nursing care in a 30-bed Intensive Care Nursery (NICU)
- Provide comprehensive care for critically ill newborns, including monitoring and supportive care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric team to coordinate patient-centered care
- Float to related pediatric units (Pediatrics, Pediatric Step Down, PICU) as required, with skill-matched assignments
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete timely documentation
- Participate in scheduled day/night shift rotations and uphold hospital policies to ensure patient safety and quality standards
