• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,250 - $2,370/week

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years of recent NICU/neonatal intensive care experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to float to the Chad Inpatient Unit (Pediatrics, Pediatric Step Down, PICU) as needed
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills

• Deliver high-quality neonatal nursing care in a 30-bed Intensive Care Nursery (NICU)
• Provide comprehensive care for critically ill newborns, including monitoring and supportive care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric team to coordinate patient-centered care
• Float to related pediatric units (Pediatrics, Pediatric Step Down, PICU) as required, with skill-matched assignments
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete timely documentation
• Participate in scheduled day/night shift rotations and uphold hospital policies to ensure patient safety and quality standards
