COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED FOR THIS NEED.
- Ability to formulate an individual plan of care, revise plan as indicated by the patient's response to treatment and evaluate overall plan for effectiveness.
- Coordinates and supervises patient care, as necessary.
- Demonstrates an ability to organize and prioritize job function.
- Utilizes assessment data to identify patient care needs, to include patient education and discharge planning.
- Recognizes and reports abnormal assessment data and incorporates findings into the plan of care: validates and revises expected outcomes based on assessment.
- Accurately and legibly documents all patient care activities, including but not limited to, wound assessment, patient care teaching, demonstrated progress toward goals, medication administration, nursing flow sheets and all assessment forms.
- Delegates tasks to the health care team members appropriately.
Patient population:
Pediatric-Geriatric
Nurse to patient ratio: 1:5 possible 1:7 on Nights
EMR: EPIC
Dress code: Any color scrubs
Requirement description :
- Med/Surg experience - Required
- Tele/Progressive Care Experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- EPIC emr experience - Highly Preferred
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- New Hampshire
Active NH or Compact License is required at time of submission. Facility will not pend RN license.
