Full‑time, day/night rotating shift available with $5.00 shift differential and rotation to work holidays and weekends.

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, & evaluate individualized plan of care.
• Utilizes critical thinking to anticipate and recognize changes in patient status, modifying the plan or elevating to team as necessary.
• Practices in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics to advocate for patients, uphold autonomy, ensure informed consent, and assist families.
• Actively seeks feedback and improves performance.
• Engages in governance of practice.
• Manages interpersonal relationships.
• Mentors colleagues.
• Assumes authority and accountability while delegating appropriately.
• Prioritizes & organizes time to optimize outcomes.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN with 1 year experience or ADN with 2 years experience.
• Licensed RN with New Hampshire eligibility.
• BLS Certificate required upon hire, higher level per unit certification as applicable.
• ACLS Certificate required upon hire in Endoscopy, Tele‑ICU, Day Surgery Center at CGP (Manchester), Life Safety & Cardiology‑Echocardiography.
