Clean Room Technician I 2nd & 3rd Shift

Join FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc. as a Clean Room Technician and help assemble and test industrial drop‑on‑demand printheads and peripherals in support of the printing industry.

Compensation & Benefits

$20.00 Starting Base Pay – commensurate with experience.

  • 10% shift differential for 2nd shift, 20% for 3rd shift.
  • Annual incentive bonus – target 6% of total compensation.
  • Retention bonus – up to 10% of gross wages within the first 12 months on 2nd or 3rd shift.
  • Referral bonus – up to $1,000 after 3 months plus an additional 10% within the first 12 months.
  • Generous 401(k) match: 100% of the first 5% with no vesting.

Training & Development
  • Certificate in advanced manufacturing processes in the clean room and/or production areas.
  • Training in microscope use, assembly, testing and inspection of printheads.
  • Progression through required certifications for Technician Levels I–IV.
