Dartmouth Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Academic Rheumatologist to join our division of rheumatology. This position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional patient care, engage in medical education, and participate in research within a collaborative academic environment. The candidate will help expand rheumatology services, train future physicians, and contribute to scholarly activities.

The Rheumatology Section has a history of clinical and research excellence, with fellowship training at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic and the White River Junction VA Hospital in Vermont.

Overview:
  • Monday-Friday, 8-5 with 8 hours of protected admin time
  • Fellows handle initial call; attendings are secondary
  • Established patient base
  • Collegial team environment
  • Mostly outpatient care with occasional inpatient consults
  • Medical infusion suite with 14 chairs
  • Academic appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College

Requirements:
  • BC/BE in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology by ABMS or AOA
  • Ability to obtain/maintain NH & VT medical licenses and DEA license
