Customer Service Representative Tasco Security - Lebanon NH Overview

Tasco Security, a leading firm in security and detection services based in Lebanon, NH, is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. This is a Full-Time position designed for individuals eager to provide exceptional service to our clients and technicians. Note, this is an onsite job. Remote work is not available.

The successful applicant will join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This position offers a rewarding environment for individuals passionate about effective communication, customer satisfaction, and problem solving.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via phone and email to answer questions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Document actions taken, issues resolved, and customer notes in operational software to maintain accurate records.
  • Schedule service tickets and job tickets, coordinating effectively to manage time and resource allocation.
  • Communicate vigilantly, schedule changes, customer issues, and critical details to keep technical team on track, on time, and productive.
  • Review weekly and daily reports, identifying issues and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Build and nurture excellent relationships with customers, technicians, contractors, and other business partners to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills to effectively correspond with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Comfortable on phone, taking and making many calls per day.
  • Active thinker with excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve work related challenges.
  • Detail-oriented and organized; adept at managing multiple priorities and maintaining order in complex situations.
  • Ability to work and navigate systems, software and data, at a faster than average pace.
  • Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance.
