Human Potential Consultants (HPC) has supplied various personnel services for the government since 1997. We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated employees.

HPC has an opening for a highly motivated Janitor located in Lebanon, MO. The successful candidate will provide exceptional cleaning services at the Military Recruiting Office. The candidate will work onsite and report directly and responsively to HPC.

• Report to work at the prescribed time to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift.
• Responsible for monitoring inventory and ordering supplies.
• Responsible for keeping accurate records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation, including monthly janitorial checklists.
• Ensure all performance standards are met for every service.
• Communicate external quality assurance with HPC Management Staff only.
• Perform a variety of janitorial tasks to maintain clean and safe buildings and grounds, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, high/low dusting, and window cleaning.

Hours:

Tuesday & Thursday – 9:30 am – 10:30 am

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the care and cleaning of buildings.
• Experience buffing, waxing, stripping, and carpet shampooing.
• Ability to use the Time app, complete necessary checklists, inventory & provide other data.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, verifiable & reliable transportation.
• Must possess a DOJ security clearance or be able to pass a background check/security clearance of this level.
• Must have a smartphone and ability to use location services for the time and attendance application.
