Security Officer - Weekdays

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Manage access control activities including greeting and screening visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing individuals to approved destinations in accordance with site procedures.;
Monitor and document entry and exit activity for people and vehicles, assist with contractor and delivery check-in, and help maintain accurate logs and reports.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching notifications per post orders and supporting arriving responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, checking doors, gates, and other access points, and reporting unusual conditions through the designated communication channels.
