Security Officer - Mobile Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, confirming visitor authorization, issuing temporary credentials when directed, and maintaining required visitor and delivery logs;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and building access systems; identify unusual activity and report concerns according to post orders and escalation guidelines;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or property damage, documenting observations per site requirements
