Security Officer - Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Control access to the property by verifying identification, managing visitor registration, issuing and collecting credentials, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas;
Monitor access control points, alarms, and security-related systems, documenting activity and reporting irregularities per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting maintenance concerns and helping to deter unauthorized activity
