Quality Manager – 12-Month Contract (W2 + Expenses)

Fully on-site | Lebanon, Indiana

I’m supporting a 12-month, fully on-site W2 contract for a Quality Manager on a complex, highly detailed construction project within an advanced manufacturing environment.

• Act as the on-site Quality Manager for a complex construction project.
• Ensure subcontractor work complies with drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Interpret construction drawings and technical specifications to verify quality.
• Perform site inspections, walkdowns, and quality checks.
• Identify and support resolution of quality issues and non-conformances.
• Produce inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Work closely with construction and project management teams.
• Hands-on field role with no direct reports.

• Previous experience in a Quality Manager role within the built environment.
• Background in complex construction projects such as pharma, laboratories, hospitals, or advanced manufacturing.
• Commercial construction experience acceptable only where projects were technically complex.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Field-based quality inspection experience, not office-only roles.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Residential, standard office, pipeline, oil & gas, or energy backgrounds are not suitable.
