Principal Duties

• Responsible for minimum of one product line (i.e. Penn, Dynamo, Plenum, Airette, etc.)
• Responsible for proper care of tools and work environment.
• Interprets blueprints, bills of material, and order specifications.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow standard safety practices and regulations.
• Cross-training and knowledge share with peers.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of assembly techniques (i.e. torque, hardware, etc.).
• Basic shop math skills and mechanical ability.
• Must be able to interpret blueprints and read tape measure.
• Must be able to properly use laser alignment tool and torque wrench.
• Must be able to interpret bills of materials and order specifications.
• Must be able to perform electrical wiring as instructed.

Must have the ability and knowledge of product to work independently and train other employees as required.
