As part of our Air Systems Components business segment, we are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive operational excellence, enhance production efficiency, and support our commitment to quality and innovation. This role will play a key part in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving safety and sustainability, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive results.

• Provide technical expertise and hands‑on support to manufacturing teams, production supervisors, and associates.
• Analyze product and process workflows to identify cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency opportunities.
• Develop and refine manufacturing sequences to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with vendors to design and implement production‑specific equipment and tooling.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices across equipment and processes.
• Create and optimize process layouts to improve production flow and efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and enhance system performance.
• Lead and manage capital projects, including equipment specifications, budgeting, planning, and implementation.
• Support new product development and implementation in partnership with Product Engineering.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and production workflows.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with CNC programming is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on approach.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to generate reports and present technical information.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, pricing software, and production analytics tools is a plus.

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with arms.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, moderate noise levels, and occasional outdoor conditions.
