We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily business operations. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the restaurant. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

• Collaborating with the General Manager to plan and execute business strategies.
• Building and nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
• Delegating daily tasks and supervising staff to ensure duties are performed efficiently.
• Addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitoring team performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Handling cash management responsibilities, including opening and closing registers and preparing cash deposits.
• Assisting with customer issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Must be at least 21 years of age to manage alcohol service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and good observation skills.
• Ability to deliver constructive criticism and provide coaching to staff.
• Computer literate with basic math skills.
• Ability to identify weaknesses and implement strategies for improvement.
