Outpatient Addictions​/Dual Dx Therapist

Integrative Wellness LLC (InWell) is a client-centered practice that offers outpatient and school-based services in Boone, Clinton, and Montgomery Counties. Through a diverse team of skilled therapists, InWell provides individual, family, and couples therapy, as well as life skills coaching, addiction recovery services, and school-based therapy. Committed to holistic care, InWell collaborates with community organizations to coordinate services and connect clients to various social and medical resources, ensuring comprehensive support for their needs.

We are seeking a Master’s level licensed Addiction Therapist/Counselor or dual diagnosis therapist to work in an outpatient setting in the Boone County Community Area including the Jail. Would prefer LAC, LCAC, LMHC, LCSW, CADAC II with experience in social work and/or mental health care for addictions and SUD.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning & crisis evaluation
• Individual & group counseling (outpatient setting)
• Case management
• Providing clients &/or their support network with information about addiction issues & additional services/programs
• Treating clients with a holistic, whole-body approach to recovery
• Collaborate with families, probation officers, law enforcement, and others who are important to the treatment process.
• Submit billing and other related paperwork in a timely fashion.

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
• Must have one of the following state of Indiana licenses: LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCAC, CADAC II or equivalent
