We are looking for the right person to join our team as a MEP Coordinator
. If so, we want to talk to you!

• Assist preconstruction manager and project manager in scope of work preparation, writing mechanical and electrical bid packages, and pre-award interviews.
• Providing budget review and analysis, constructability reviews and recommendations, and scheduling review and updates.
• Assist the project team with coordination and planning of the work with trades and subcontractors.
• Troubleshoot mechanical field problems for projects in the construction phase and quality inspections and reviews of installed work.
• Coordinate and witness systems testing and record keeping, local building authority inspections, and assist with MEP commissioning of systems.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of the following disciplines:
• Plumbing, Piping, HVAC (required), Fire protection, and Medical gases
• Medical Equipment
• Temperature controls and other control systems
• Integrated systems, including fire alarm systems, nurse call stations, security systems, CATV, loudspeaker systems, etc.
• Electrical high and low voltage systems

• Microsoft Applications (Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) – intermediate – advanced knowledge
• Primavera P6 Scheduling Software – intermediate knowledge
• Viewpoint – intermediate knowledge
• Bluebeam – intermediate knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or other related field a plus, but not required
• Minimum of 5 – 10 years relevant work experience in the construction industry
• OSHA 30 Hour Certification preferred
