W2 Contract + Expense Cap Up to $3,500/Month

We are seeking an experienced Core & Shell Project Manager to lead civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) scopes on a major construction project in Lebanon, Indiana. This role serves as the key link between design, procurement, and field construction, ensuring CSA activities stay aligned with project goals, schedule, and budget.

• Oversee CSA design, procurement, and construction activities.
• Act as the main interface between design, procurement, and field construction.
• Ensure timely communication of deliverables, change orders, and technical issues.
• Manage integration between CSA and other disciplines, including equipment and cleanroom systems.
• Lead project meetings and track action items and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate field issue resolution, RFIs, and punch list closure.
• Support schedule risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor contractor performance, safety, and quality across CSA subcontractors.
• Partner with Safety and Quality teams to ensure compliance with standards.

• Strong background in CSA project management on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience managing complex design packages and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of construction phases, field coordination, and technical submittals.
• Ability to review design changes, procurement requirements, and construction alignment.
• Experience coordinating across functions in matrix organizations.
• Familiarity with integrating CSA scopes with MEP and process systems.
• Understanding of constructability reviews, value engineering, and change management.

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
