Job Description

We are seeking talented Project Engineers to join our team for a significant construction endeavor known as the Lilly Lebanon LEAP Project. You will be working on a small molecule building within a larger complex dedicated to the research and development of molecular therapies. This facility will play a vital role in converting molecules into tools to combat diseases. With an impressive scope originally valued at $290 million and an additional $200 million recently acquired, this project is set for completion by 2027.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to mitigate delays.
  • Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and compliance records.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Assist in change order management, cost control, and financial tracking.
  • Participate in site inspections and provide updates on construction activities.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager in project closeout activities, including final inspections and documentation.
Essential Skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in construction project management, assistant project management, Project Engineer, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Mechanical or Piping and P&.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with construction management software, RFI processes, change orders, and project management.
Additional

Skills & Qualifications
  • CAD experience and estimation skills are advantageous.
  • 1 year of Co-op experience is preferred over internships.
  • 1 year of on-site job experience is ideal.

Work Environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, IN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
