The Senior Procurement Manager plays a key role in supporting project success by leading procurement strategies across materials, equipment, and subcontracted scopes. This role partners closely with Preconstruction, Project Management, and Field Operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement aligned with project schedules and budgets.

• Lead procurement activities from preconstruction through project execution
• Develop and manage procurement plans aligned with project schedules and milestones
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate pricing, scope, and qualifications with vendors and subcontractors
• Support buyout decisions and issue purchase orders and subcontracts in coordination with project teams
• Manage long-lead items and proactively mitigate procurement-related schedule risks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and trade partners
• Track procurement documentation, costs, and commitments to support budget adherence
• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in construction procurement, estimating, project engineering, or project management
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods
• Experience reviewing construction documents, scopes of work, and specifications
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Experience working for a commercial general contractor preferred
