Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage subcontractor pay applications, lien releases, and draw documentation
• Process owner and subcontractor draws, including AIA billing and supporting schedules
• Track project costs, commitments, and budgets; ensure accurate job cost reporting
• Coordinate with project managers to resolve billing, compliance, and documentation issues
• Support month-end close activities related to work-in-progress and project accounting

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of construction or project accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with AIA billing, lien releases, and subcontractor draws
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant equivalent experience
