Are you serious about health? Do you love motivating and inspiring those around you to greatness? Then YOU have what we're looking for at His & Her Fitness to become one of our star personal trainers!
Responsibilities- Create custom workout plans for clients.
- Motivate clients and hold them accountable.
- Foster a fun workout environment for everyone to thrive.
- Measure clients and keep the gym safe and clean.
- Sell our services and supplements to prospective clients.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Capable of demonstrating techniques and modifying them to client needs.
- Good time management.
- Previous certification is a plus but not required. We provide in‑house certification for all trainers.
We have a client list ready after on‑boarding to help the right trainer hit the ground running!
