Security Officer - Flex Front Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, tenants, employees, and visitors at the front desk by following site-specific policies, access procedures, and security-related protocols;
Manage access control activities including greeting and screening visitors, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests to the appropriate location;
Monitor cameras, alarms, intercoms, and other building systems from the front desk and report unusual activity to deter unauthorized access;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services when appropriate;
Complete required documentation such as incident reports, shift logs, and pass-down communications, and coordinate information with property management and/or building staff as needed
