As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive killer sales results. • Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AEO’s core values, hold associates accountable to service standards.
• Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to meet business needs and develop associates in a Guest‑First culture.
• Set clear, attainable goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, ensuring Fitting Rooms are guest‑ready and meet brand standards.
• Maintain store safety standards, asset protection, and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures.
