Position: Technical Customer Care Specialist I (Dealer track)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve application and product issues
  • Address routine customer inquiries regarding product usage within the Vin Solutions support framework
  • Utilize technical expertise to deliver high-quality customer care while adhering to quality assurance standards
  • Accurately log customer information and interactions in the CRM tool
  • Facilitate communication with other departments to resolve client concerns and provide timely follow-up
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Generally less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with CRM case logging or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with interaction distribution systems such as Genesys Pure Cloud
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Demonstrated reliability and dependability in previous roles
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
