HOPD Surgical Scrub Technician

Overview

Are you a dedicated and skilled Surgical Tech with a passion for supporting surgeons and care teams for optimal surgical outcomes? We are seeking positive, hardworking professionals to fill our open full-time positions working at our new hospital-based clinic, as well as our non-emergency hospital in Leawood, KS. Enjoy a supportive team environment with no nights or holidays, plus the option for a weekend shift as available.

• Scrub in and assist surgeons during procedures, ensure proper handling, counting, and disposal of surgical instruments, and assist with supporting the overall surgical staff through teamwork and clear communication.
• Contribute to a smooth transition through surgery to support positive patient outcomes.

Full-time

Ascentist Hospital Facilities

$25/hr - $31/hr; final compensation is negotiable and dependent on experience, education, certifications, and market alignment.

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k Plan, plus optional benefits

M-F, 4 - 9.5 hr Days, No Weekends

Minimum of 6 months of OR/Surgery Center related
