Physical Therapist:
Orthopedics

Salary: $72,500-$90,000 BOE (Eligible for productivity bonuses)

Full Time: Monday – Friday

Location: Gladstone, MO

• LIFT (Loan Incentive for Therapists) program – eligible clinicians may receive up to $25,000 in student loan repayment, paid directly to the lender

• Reviewing patients’ medical history
• Provide excellent 1:1 care for 45 minutes to an hour; expectation is a minimum of 3.5 units/visit
• Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Missouri OR ability to obtain license
• CPR and first aid certification required
