This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Accounting Manager based in Leawood, KS. The Corporate Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure the accuracy of financial reports, and maintain compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include managing budgets, preparing financial statements, coordinating audits, and supervising junior accounting staff. The role requires collaboration with other departments to support strategic financial planning and business decision-making.

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
• Proficiency in Software Tools such as Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and General Ledger Systems
• Leadership and Team Management Skills to supervise and mentor accounting staff
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills for strategic financial planning and decision-making
• Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification preferred)
• Prior experience in financial management or corporate accounting
