Are you ideal for working as a Assistant Aquatic Center Manager at the Leawood Aquatic?

• Reviewing the daily schedule to confirm all employees' reports for their assigned shifts and address any issues.
• Train and develop staff to meet standards.
• Providing support to cashiers with admissions processing, season pass sales, cash handling, concessions transactions, and end of day procedures.
• Testing water and chemical levels, adding chemicals to the pool and maintaining necessary records.
• Ensuring the aquatic center remains clean and clear of trash and debris, vacuuming the pool, disposing of trash in the dumpster, and ensuring the bathrooms are clean.

• Are you 18 years of age OR older?
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills?
• Are you reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment?
• Are you ready to make some extra money for the summer?
• Do you have lifeguard experience?
• Do you have customer service experience?
• Do you have experience in managing employees?
• What about managing employees at a pool or aquatic facility?

• Approximately 20 – 40 hours per week between 7 am and 10 pm.
• Weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The Pool Season runs from May to September.

• Rate of Pay: $19.00/hourly
