Overview
IEWTPT Operator role at Client Solution Architects is based at Fort Leavenworth in Kansas. This position is contingent upon award.
CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services for nearly 50 years, supporting the defense and federal sector across various environments.
Responsibilities- Provides specific Intelligence WfF support and exercise development, execution, and scripting on both the Lower Enclave and Upper Enclave.
- Attends exercise planning, operations and integration meetings.
- Operates the IEWTPT system in support of exercise events, including system startup and shutdown.
- Supports operations in garrison and maneuver/training areas and provides recording and playback of the exercise.
- Provides briefing on system capabilities and limitations, including detailed automated/semi-automated AAR data and presentations of this data to Trainers and Trainees.
- Participates in exercise design based on training objectives with understanding of basic MI core skills, the intelligence process, and the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
- Acts as IEWTPT subject-matter expert in exercise planning and coordination to support MI/ISR systems and Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) operations.
- Coordinates with MI/ISR Soldiers and sections to support training for Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) tasks, functions, and procedures for MI personnel, including METL tasks within team/crew level events.
- Develops, controls, and manages dynamically changing exercise data and ensures operator-level maintenance and administration as required.
- Clearance:
Active Top Secret Clearance with CI Poly and ability to access NSANET. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (no specific major required) or a background of at least 14 years in military training and intelligence support.
- IAT II Certification
- 3 years’ experience within the Intelligence Warfighting
