MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc. is seeking skilled CST (SWORD) Exercise Team Leader / Role Players / Coaches for the Belgium location. Position Start:
January 2026. Mandatory:

CST (SWORD) Exercise Team Leader / Role Players / Coaches

• The Team Leader leads the entire exercise process.
• The Role Players support in their specialty areas (Maneuver, SOF, Combat Engineer, Fire Support, Recon, Logistics, CIS, LOAC, CIMIC, etc.).
• The Coaches support the training audience.
• Preparation Phase:
  Plan and coordinate exercises in line with client objectives; develop scenarios (Order of Battle, terrain, etc.); develop MEL-MIL (Main Event List – Main Incident List); test and adjust scenarios until ready for training.
• Execution Phase:
  Maintain EXCON overview; activate/deactivate EXCON functionalities (artillery, air strikes, mine fields, IEDs, revive, adjust protection, manage ammunition and/or fuel); observe and register key points; adapt the scenario to client needs.
• After Action Review Phase:
  Immediate data exploitation; deliver and support debriefings.

• Team Leaders:
  Brigade/ Battalion Exercise experience (Officer 2nd Cycle) with experience at Bn/Bde level, either in operational units or as an instructor;
  Company Commanders or equivalent (AS S3 Bn or Captain) as applicable.
• Role Players: HICON (Bn/Bde level), FLANCON (Coy or Battalion level), WHITE/GREY CELLS (GOs/NGOs or CIMIC/CIMEG), OPFOR (Intel/Rec/S2 Bn or Bde), LOCON (if not delivered by client) with SME in Maneuver, Combat Engineer, Recon, Fire Support, Logistics, CIS, LOAC.
• Coaches:
  Experience in the client’s domain as a commander or planning officer across Maneuver, Combat Engineer, Recon, Fire Support, Logistics, CIS, CIMIC/CIMEG, LOAC, drones, SOF.
• All:
  Warfighter CAX Simulation Experience; ability to speak English, French or Dutch.

• Team Leaders:
  Former CO, DCOM, COS, EXO of Brigade or Battalion;
  Coy Ex:
  Former Company Commander or Combined Arms Instructor.
• Role Players: HICON (Bn/Bde level), FLANCON (Coy Commander or Bn S3), WHITE/GREY CELLS (Operational Officer at GO/NGO CIMIC/CIMEG); OPFOR (S2 Bn or Bde); LOCON (if not delivered by client);
  Commanders of Maneuver, Combat Engineer, Recon, Fire Support, Logistics or CIS units.
• Coaches:
  Experience as commander or planning officer in requested domains; drones and SOF experience welcomed.
• All:
  Mature personality;
  Warfighter CAX Simulation Experience;
  Combined Arms Tactics Experience; languages:
  English, French and Dutch.

• Team Leaders:
  General to LtCol (Bde/Bn Ex);
  LtCol to Captain (Coy Ex).
• Role Players:
  General to Major (HICON);
  LtCol to Captain-Cdr (FLANCON);
  LtCol to Lieutenant (OPFOR);
  LtCol to 2nd Lieutenant (LOCON).
• Coaches:
  General to Lieutenant.
