** What You’ll Work On:
*** Serve as the SME in OPFOR, augment the OPFOR primary staff during the military decision-making process, produce annexes and products, advise the commanders, and conduct briefings as required.
* Certify as a WARSIM Battle Simulation Workstation Operator.
* Prepare computer simulation with exercise scenario plan command and control graphics.
* Prepare computer simulation by placing assigned units into doctrinal formations, ensuring placement is situated to the terrain and is a tactically correct representation based on combat orders and the scenario.
* Mentor and supervise WARSIM Battle Simulation Workstation Operators.
* Input computer orders and generate reports as directed.
* Ensure the OPFOR Commander’s intent is executed in JLCCTC and ensure all operations are compliant with current applicable OPFOR doctrine.
* Coordinate maneuver operations between command post staff and simulation operators.
* Manage efforts for the OPFOR Support Division.
* Deploy to forward locations to assist with OPFOR operations in various countries, as required, in support of U.S. military operations.

** You Have:
*** Experience with Microsoft Word and Power Point
* Knowledge of Army and Joint regulations and current doctrine
* Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 20% of the time
* Secret clearance
* HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience in the military, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the military
** Nice If You Have:
*** Experience as a field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major
* Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level
* Experience with Constructive Simulation Models such as Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) or  Warfighters Simulation (WARSIM)
* Experience working with the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP)
* Knowledge of FM 7-100 series OPFOR doctrine
* Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
* Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills
* Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach
* Master's degree
** Clearance:

Secret clearance is required.
