• In the hospitality industry we cater for our guest needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Although a shift will be assigned, occasionally we may require working varying shifts across a 7‑day period, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Communicate effectively with guests, addressing concerns and compliments in a friendly manner.
• Use problem‑solving skills to turn issues into opportunities, ensuring every guest leaves with great memories.
• Be literate and tech‑savvy – strong reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills are required.
• Maintain flexibility with night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. A college or university degree is a bonus but not essential.
• Have at least one year of experience in a front‑desk or guest‑service position.
• Possess the physical strength to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), including bending and kneeling as needed.
